Whilst Apple has complied (details unknown — suspected through the normal iTunes support channels), Google has refused to comply. Taiwan has fined the search giant NT$1M (approx. US$34,600) over this. In retaliation, Google has pulled the paid apps section of the Marketplace for Taiwan users (free apps are still available).
