you are absolutely correct. as it is 100% impossible to get a MAC repaired.
Please, send me your mac's that are broken and you HAVE to throw away... I'll give you $5.00 each for them!

1. Purchase Macintosh
2. Take out of box and set up computer
3. Turn Macintosh on.
4. Set Up Networking controls.
I don't see what's so hard about it.
