Therefore we choose to ignore the proprietary nature of OSX and Photoshop, we choose to ignore that Apple threatend to sue people who make themes that looked like OSX and we choose to ignore that Adobe invoked the DMCA to have Dimitry Sklyarov arrested because apple and adobe makes really, really cool toys.
